Jeff Shelton – Warranty Specialist

Hi, I am Jeff Shelton, owner and warranty specialist of Wholesale Warranties. I grew up in a St. Paul, MN suburb along the beautiful St. Croix River where my family owned and operated  several small marinas.  Since I was fortunate to live in such beautiful riverside surroundings it was only natural that boating, camping, and the outdoors would become a great passion of mine.  The only drawback was the fact that the summers didn’t last forever, especially in Minnesota.

A little over two years ago, after living in Minnesota all my life, I decided to move to sunny Southern California to further serve some of my referral contacts in the area and get out of the cold winters.  After living in San Diego for the past few years I feel that there is no better place to live and have truly embraced the community.  I recently purchased my first boat in California, and have continued to enjoy using my RV towards my passion for camping and the outdoors.

Stephanie Torres – Warranty Specialist

Hi, I am Stephanie Torres, your Wholesale Warranties manager and warranty specialist. After loan processing for over 10 years, I decided to exit the real estate/mortgage industry and pursue a career in the extended warranty business. It has been my goal to partner with an ethical, successful business that provides a valued service to the community. I have been with Wholesale Warranties for over a year and feel blessed to come in on the ground floor of an amazing company.

I am very fortunate to have resided in coastal San Diego for the past 20 years. My two lovely daughters are my pride and joy and we spend most days out and about, enjoying all of the lovely attributes that San Diego has to offer. I vacation in my hometown of Las Vegas often and, in my off time, like to indulge my passions for music and volunteering in the local schools.  More often than not, however, you will find me at the office, chatting with my customers and assisting my boss, Jeff, in growing the company that I call home.

Brittany Malkin – Warranty Specialist

Hello, my name is Brittany Malkin and I am the newest Warranty Specialist at Wholesale Warranties. I have been friends with Jeff for several years, and he actually set me up with a warranty on my Honda Civic. I had a breakdown, and the warranty came through for me, so I knew that Jeff was selling a quality product. When he offered me a position in this company I jumped at the opportunity to utilize my skills towards offering a product that I have used, believe in, and stand behind.

I spend most days at the beautiful beaches here in San Diego, and enjoy running, reading, and cooking in my spare time. I am originally from Bakersfield, CA but moved to San Diego to go to school and graduate from San Diego State University. Before signing on as part of the amazing team here at Wholesale Warranties I was in finance sales for several years. I truly enjoy customer interaction, and I love that this job allows me the opportunity to get to know people from all over the country. I look forward to speaking with each of you!

Daniel Smith – Warranty Specialist

Hi, I’m Daniel Smith and I am a Warranty Specialist here at WholesaleWarranties. I have been in sales positions for most of my career, and found my position here earlier this year. I enjoy speaking to the clientele and offering a product that I believe in.

I was born and raised in San Diego, and have grown to appreciate the weather and scenery the city offers. I attended San Diego State University and plan to stay here indefinitely. I am very interested in cars, and enjoying working out. I have been doing martial arts my whole life, and am currently practicing Muay Thai, which is a form of mixed martial arts.
